In the late 1970's H.R. Nichols and Ilene Molinder formed a psychological agency specializing in the
field of sex deviance. One aspect of their agency that they focused on was the need for an assessment tool
designed specifically for use with sex offenders. Their efforts lead to the development of the

Ilene Molinder, M.A., worked with sexual offenders and their spouses 1968-88 in various settings. She specialized in work with victims of sexual abuse 1972-75.
